5. Cancellation Policy
At Vessel, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared to deliver a transformative experience. We kindly ask that you make any changes to your booking at least 24 hours in advance via phone or our online system to avoid this fee. If you have purchased a treatment package at a discounted rate, please note that the discount is offered in good faith for committing to the full series. As such, we are unable to issue refunds for partially used packages. If you choose to discontinue treatment after using only a portion of the package, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full, non-discounted price of the sessions already rendered, and the remainder may be refunded accordingly. This policy complies with California Business and Professions Code Section 17500 et seq.
